Realme C11 budget phone from Realme to launch in India on July 14

A month after releasing its Realme C11 smartphone in Malaysia, Chinese handset maker Realme is set to launch the budget model in India.

The Realme C11 was announced last week in Malaysia with a Helio G35 SoC at the helm. It runs Android 10-based Realme UI out of the box and has 2GB RAM and 32GB storage on board with a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 256GB.

According to the handset maker, more than 7.5 million users in the country have been using or have purchased Realme’s C series smartphones.

In a follow-up tweet, Realme urged users to watch out for the next addition in the C series. Meanwhile, Madhav Sheth, Realme India CEO also announced on twitter that the company was adding “another stylish product” to the budget line-up.

Realme C11 price, specifications

The phone was launched with a single 2GB + 32GB variant that is priced at MYR 429 (roughly Rs. 7,500). It can be expected that the Realme C11 price in India will be under Rs. 10,000. The Realme C3 was launched in India at Rs. 6,999 in February this year, which serves as an indication. It is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, coupled with 2GB of RAM. It feature a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display and a notch for the selfie shooter. There is a dual rear camera setup on the Realme C11 along with a 5,000mAh battery.

Launch and Availability

The phone comes in Mint Green and Pepper Gray colours and was launched in Malaysia for (US$ 100 / 7,560 approx.). We should know the price of the phone in India when it goes official next Tuesday on Flipkart. We will keep you posted as there is further information.
